S.H.A.P.E. classes are held live on Zoom. The class is also accessible via phone.

S.H.A.P.E. classes are held once a week at 7:00P.M. on Monday's beginning on January 13, 2025 for 14 weeks.

Identify Your S.H.A.P.E.

Following the introduction class, please take a few minutes to complete the S.H.A.P.E. Assessment. As you learn and start this journey of growing and healing it is very helpful to begin to see and understand your God-given S.H.A.P.E. This will also help us understand what areas we can help in your development.
